Great Offer!

As many of my friends know I am a Hammer Nutrition Canada ambassador and as such it is my hope that I can direct others in finding a great line of quality products. I began my triathlon journey in 2011 not knowing anything about proper fueling and after some bad experiences with other products, I found hammer nutrition. A friend told me that because I was only doing sprint and Olympic distance races that HEED should be my #1 fueling source. After some success in training with the product, it was time to put it into action. I am happy to report that HEED did not fail me and I had a very promising result. I have dealt with stomach problems in the past and it was very important to me that I was able to perform up to my full potential. It has now been a couple of years and I stand by their products. I would recommend Hammer Nutrition products to anyone that is looking for a reliable fueling source that it really easy on the stomach. You can buy their product at http://www.hammernutrition.ca/ using coupon code Hauser5 which will allow you to get 5% off of their products. It is important when ordering hammer nutrition products that you order from Hammer Nutrition Canada so that you do not pay ridiculous shipping rates. Anyway, good luck with your training!

2014

Well first and foremost I have created this blog so that I can let my friends and followers know what I have been up to. Additionally, as many of you know I am blessed to have a supporters in Skechers shoes as well as Hammer Nutrition Canada. I have the privilege of using their products on a daily basis and I want others to have the same great experience with their products as I have had.
On a more personal note I have recently just returned from vacation in Mexico where although my bike and run training took a bit of a hit, I was still able to maintain good swim fitness. However, with that being said I still was able to run as well as go mountain biking through the Mayan Rivera, which was a blast! Since returning home on New Years eve. I have returned to my regular 20+ hours a week of training in preparation for the 2014 triathlon season. I have big goals for this year and all will be explained in more detail in the future.
